March 2024 Opening of 12 New Clwyd Alyn Housing Association Properties to Rent
From old garages which hadn’t been used for years to a new development in Princess Avenue of 12 new homes, two, 3 bedroom homes and ten, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Built by Clwyd Alyn in partnership with Flintshire County Council and the Welsh Government. ‘These properties are built using greener technologies and innovative designs, making them super energy efficient, lowering energy bills for the new tenants. I was very impressed with the quality of these properties, they have been finished to a very high standard and the new tenants’.
