On Wednesday, 25th September, the planning committee voted in favour of the Well Street Development.

A big thank you to Cllr Preece and Peter Newby for speaking on behalf of us all at both committee meetings, and to the residents who put in so much effort responding to the numerous amendments.
The final vote was 10 in favour (comprising Labour and Independents), 3 Independents abstained, and 1 vote against from the Conservative member.
